    Identifying/Classifying enzymes is the pre-requiste for understanding their functions.

    The methods of identifying/classifying enzymes provided in this web-site is based on support vector machines incooperated with functional domain composition approach. See more details in our paper(in submission).

    1. The querying page

    2. Since it will take some time to finish the submitted tasks. The user can either input the task identification as indicated in the submission page or follow the link "task history" to get the list of all the tasks submitted from the user's IP address at work.
